Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Insurance Sales and general Insurance knowledge to effectively recommend and sell appropriate policies.
• Candidates should possess skills in Insurance Brokerage and working with multiple insurance providers to secure competitive coverage.
• Candidates should possess skills in Finance to understand premiums, risk assessment, and the financial impact of insurance decisions.
• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to support clients, address inquiries, and handle claims-related communications.
• Relevant experience as an Insurance Agent or in a similar role, preferably within commercial or corporate insurance.
• Knowledge of local insurance regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Gangapur and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field is preferred.
