Life Insurance Policy Servicing Officer

What role you will play in team: Providing exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving policy-related issues promptly and efficiently.

What you will do: You'll handle inbound calls and emails, investigate issues, provide solutions, and ensure client satisfaction.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
• Experience in customer service (preferably in the insurance industry).
• Knowledge of insurance policies and procedures.
