Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Vadodara for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored insurance solutions. Key responsibilities include managing client portfolios, identifying opportunities to cross-sell or upsell products, achieving sales targets, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills, customer relationship building, and client servicing abilities
• Experience in sales, achieving targets, and cross-selling or upselling products
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in market research and understanding customer needs
• Organizational skills and the ability to manage and grow client portfolios
• Knowledge of life insurance products and services is an advantage
• Prior experience in the financial or insurance sector is preferred
• Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Finance, or Marketing
