Accounts Executive / Officer

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive / Officer to join our team in Kolkata-Rajarhat. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and be proficient in Tally, with a solid understanding of GST and excise regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable. - Ensure compliance with GST and excise regulations, preparing necessary documentation and reports. - Utilize Tally ERP for accurate financial record-keeping and reporting. - Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports as required. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations. - Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and compliance purposes. Required Skills: - Sound knowledge in accounting principles and practices. - Expertise in Tally ERP software. - Strong understanding of GST and excise regulations. - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
