Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Indore. The responsibilities include identifying and generating leads, building relationships with prospective clients, managing existing accounts, and developing strategies to drive business growth. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to deliver customized solar energy solutions that meet client needs.

Qualifications

• New Business Development and Lead Generation skills for identifying opportunities and expanding client base
• Proficiency in Business and Account Management to maintain and grow customer relationships
• Strong Communication skills for effective client engagement and collaboration with internal teams
• Problem-solving and negotiation skills to address client needs and close deals
• Highly motivated, self-starter, and results-oriented approach to meet business objectives
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Prior experience in solar energy or renewable energy industries is an advantage
