Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity located in Bhopal for TSI and ASM roles for MP area. Key responsibilities include driving territory sales and managing a team to achieve business goals. The role involves building strong relationships with distributors and retailers, expanding market reach, meeting sales targets, and conducting regular market analysis to stay competitive. Additionally, the role requires developing and implementing effective sales strategies, monitoring performance, and ensuring the proper execution of business plans.

• Proven expertise in sales management, market analysis, and achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to manage distributors and retailers effectively.
