Inside Sales Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales manager to manage end-to-end customer interactions and drive product adoption. This role combines proactive sales efforts with exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and achieve organizational goals.

• The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to engage prospects, provide timely support, and promote feature adoption while ensuring customer issues are resolved efficiently.
• Key Responsibilities
• Inside Sales
• Conduct product demos (online and offline) for schools and colleges to showcase features and benefits.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Respond promptly to customer queries via phone, email, or chat.
• Identify customer needs and guide them in using specific product features.
• Monitor and address customer complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Inform customers about new features and functionalities to drive feature adoption.
• Collaboration and Reporting
• Gather and share actionable customer feedback with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
• Provide suggestions for feature improvements based on customer input and market trends.
• Training and Development
• Assist in onboarding and training Junior Customer Support Representatives to improve team efficiency.
• Skills and Qualifications
• Proven experience in customer support or inside sales roles.
• Proficiency in using help desk software and CRM tools.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and stay organized.
• Patience and resilience when handling challenging customer situations.
