Manager-Financial Analyst

Eeki is looking to hire for a Manager- Financial Analyst for Kota head office.

Below are the Job details:

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including Income Statements and Balance Sheets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting standards.
• Develop, maintain, and review financial models, budgets, forecasts, and business projections to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Monitor actual business performance against budgets and forecasts, conduct variance analysis, and provide actionable insights to management.
• Perform cost analysis and benchmarking, identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements, and support cost reduction initiatives across the organization.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production, sales, profitability, and operating expenses to evaluate business performance.
• Prepare and present Management Information System (MIS) reports, dashboards, and financial summaries for management review and decision-making.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business growth, operational efficiency, and profitability enhancement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial and operational data, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Support monthly management reviews by analyzing trends, identifying risks and opportunities, and recommending corrective actions where necessary.
• Support direct tax compliance activities, including advance tax calculations, TDS review, income tax assessments, and coordination for timely filing of income tax returns.
• Assist in tax planning initiatives and evaluate the impact of changes in GST and income tax regulations on business operations.
