Head - Strategy - Trade Fair & Events Industry

Company Overview:
xto10x Technologies is hiring for a Head of Strategy for one of its client in the trade fair and events space, the company is Germany HQ.
Role Overview:
Pivotal leadership role responsible for driving strategic initiatives and identifying new levers of growth. You will work closely with the CEO and senior management teams to identify growth opportunities, develop actionable strategies, and implement solutions that accelerate their business trajectory. This role requires a blend of analytical rigor, strategic thinking, and practical execution to deliver tangible results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop comprehensive strategic plans, outlining clear objectives, key initiatives, and measurable targets, to guide companies towards achieving their growth aspirations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within xto10x to leverage our collective expertise and resources to deliver integrated solutions that address the unique needs of each portfolio company.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies to identify potential opportunities and threats, and proactively advise portfolio companies on how to adapt and thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business problems, develop creative solutions, and communicate recommendations effectively to senior management.
- Proven track record of leading strategic consulting engagements and delivering tangible results for clients in high-growth environments.
- Strong understanding of business strategy frameworks, financial modeling, and market research methodologies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Experience in Strategy Consulting is a must.
- 8-14 years of experience required.
- Based in Mumbai.
