Hiring | Group Finance Head - Khazana Group - Hyderabad

We are looking for a dynamic and highly driven Group Finance Head to lead the finance ecosystem across multiple group entities during the next phase of growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Financial strategy, MIS & commercial finance
• Banking relationships & working capital management
• Taxation, compliance, audit & statutory controls
• Inventory controls & operational finance
• Budgeting, forecasting & cash flow management
• Multi-entity accounting & reporting systems
• Team leadership across finance & accounts functions
• Coordination with promoters on treasury management, strategic financial planning, investment evaluation, and capital allocation initiatives across the group
Ideal Candidate:
• Strong experience in manufacturing, retail, hospitality, or real estate-linked finance environments
• Exposure to multi-company structures and operational complexity
• Commercially sharp with hands-on execution capability
• Strong understanding of systems, controls, taxation, banking, and financial planning
• High ownership mindset with long-term leadership orientation
