Senior Associate/Assistant Vice President - Investment Banking

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work with the team to ensure delivery of high fundraising solutions for clients.
• Work on a wide range of responsibilities from initial client pitches till transaction closing.
• Supervise the team in preparation of information memorandum, research on industry and sector as part of transaction execution;
• Lead transaction execution by investor/lender reach outs, negotiation of term sheets and other transaction documents.
• Key focus on business development by reaching out to potential clients across sectors

Experience/ Skill sets:

• Work experience of 5 to 7 years
• Investment banking experience with PE/VC distribution mandatory
• Ability to have mature conversations with promoters/CFOs
• Strong financial modelling and PowerPoint presentation skills
• Good oral and written communication skills
