Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Actuarial Individual Pricing professional to support and lead the end-to-end pricing and product development for individual life insurance products. The role involves actuarial modelling, product feasibility, regulatory filings, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and system implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end pricing for new and existing individual life insurance products, including actuarial modelling and assumptions setting
• 
  Perform product feasibility analysis, profitability testing, and sensitivity analysis
• Support product design and innovation, aligned with business strategy and market needs
• Prepare and manage regulatory product filings, documentation, and approval processes
• Act as a key point of contact for regulatory queries and compliance-related discussions
• Mentor and guide junior actuarial team members (for mid/senior roles)
• Ensure adherence to internal actuarial standards, governance, and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Actuarial Qualification: Minimum 8 exams should be cleared.

Experience:

• 610+ years of actuarial experience
• Minimum 45 years in Life Insurance Individual Pricing
• Strong understanding of Indian life insurance products and regulations

Technical & Functional Skills

• Strong expertise in actuarial pricing, product development, and regulatory frameworks
• Hands-on experience with actuarial modelling tools (e.g., Prophet)
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
• Experience in product filing and regulatory interaction
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects in a fast-paced environment
