PFB the skillset for FP&A Business Analyst Role.
- 1.Strong experience working as a dedicated Business Analyst (minimum 4-10 years)
- 2.Hands-on experience with TM1
- 3.Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
- 4.Expertise in requirements gathering and analysis
- 5.Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, and functional documents
- 6.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- 7.Knowledge of business process mapping and gap analysis
- 8.Ability to work closely with finance users and technical teams
