Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic HR professional (68 years experience) to support end-to-end employee lifecycle management, including recruitment, HR operations, business partnering, employee engagement, and compliance and Payroll.
You will work closely with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management.
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding
- Drive onboarding and retention strategies
HR Business Partnering
- Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and organizational effectiveness
- Provide strategic HR insights and solutions
Employee Relations
- Handle grievances, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans
- Conduct investigations and support workplace issue resolution
Performance & Development
- Drive performance management processes
- Identify skill gaps and coordinate training initiatives
HR Operations & Compliance
- Manage onboarding, offboarding, documentation, and HRIS (Zoho)
- Ensure compliance with employment laws including POSH
- Maintain employee records and oversee benefits administration
Employee Engagement

- Conduct surveys, feedback sessions, and engagement initiatives
- Plan team-building activities
Qualifications
- MBA/PGDBM in HR (preferred from a premier institution)
- 68 years of HR experience in IT/ITeS/software
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices & employment laws
- Experience in IT recruitment & HRBP roles
- Proficiency in HRIS (Zoho) & MS Excel (advanced)
- Strong communication, stakeholder management & analytical skills
