Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing with strong expertise in social media and YouTube marketing to join our team in Trivandrum. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing online marketing strategies that drive engagement, reach, and conversions across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.

Manage and grow the companys social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).

Plan, execute, and optimize LinkedIn campaigns for high impressions, engagement, and lead generation.

Manage YouTube marketing activities, including:Channel optimization and audience growth.

oPlanning and running YouTube ad campaigns (reach, impressions, and performance tracking).

oAnalyzing YouTube Analytics to improve content strategy and ad performance.

Write and edit marketing content for social media, blogs, and website (basic to intermediate English content writing).

Handle and optimize Google My Business listings for better local visibility.

Collaborate with the design team for basic graphic design and visual creatives when needed.

Maintain and update the company website; apply basic SEO practices to improve search rankings.

Analyze digital performance metrics and prepare regular campaign reports.

4+ years of proven experience in digital marketing.

Advanced knowledge of social media management and strategy.

Strong expertise in LinkedIn marketing and campaign execution.

Proficiency in YouTube marketing, including analytics, reach optimization, and ad campaigns.

Basic to intermediate skills in content writing (English).

Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Spark, etc.).

Experience in managing Google My Business listings.

Basic knowledge of website creation and SEO principles.

Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing tools.

Ability to create and execute data-driven marketing strategies.
