Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant software development experience
• Hands-on experience with DXC GraphTalk
• Experience working with core insurance systems
• Exposure to one or more of the following insurance areas: Life Insurance, Protection Products, Savings Products, or Policy Administration
• Understanding of insurance business processes and policy lifecycle management
• Experience working within enterprise application environments
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Experience collaborating within Agile delivery teams
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a remote and international team environment

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain applications within the DXC GraphTalk platform
• Support core insurance processes across Life, Protection, and Savings products
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
• Configure and customize insurance products, business rules, and workflows
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and cross-functional development teams
• Support application integrations and data exchange between internal and external systems
• Participate in system testing, deployment, maintenance, and production support activities
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while ensuring system stability and performance
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure solutions comply with business, regulatory, and technical standards
