Role Description The Manager Human Resources is a full-time remote role responsible for leading and executing HR strategies that support both internal teams and client engagements. This role oversees end-to-end recruitment processes, including workforce planning, job requisition management, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection for various levels and functions. The Manager Human Resources will manage employee lifecycle activities such as onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and offboarding, ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and company policies. The role will coordinate with business leaders and client stakeholders to understand hiring needs, design staffing plans, and recommend best practices in HR operations and talent management. Daily responsibilities include supervising HR team members, maintaining HR data and reports, supporting HR policies and procedures, and driving initiatives related to employee development, retention, and organizational culture.

Qualifications

• Strong recruitment and talent acquisition skills, including experience with sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection for multiple roles and levels.
• Experience in HR operations and employee lifecycle management, including onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.
• Knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and best practices in HR policy, documentation, and record-keeping.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with business leaders and clients to understand hiring needs, design staffing strategies, and deliver on service-level expectations.
• Proficiency with HRIS, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and common office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, collaboration platforms).
• Strong communication, counseling, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional environment.
• Proven people management skills, including mentoring HR team members, allocating workloads, and monitoring performance and service quality.
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) are an advantage.
