Manager/Senior Manager - Human Resource - Hospitality/Aviation
Job Description
The role is responsible for managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle with key focus on Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, Employee Engagement, Onboarding, and HR Operations. The incumbent will drive hiring strategies, workforce planning, employer branding, employee development initiatives, and HR analytics aligned with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
- Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives.
- Drive employer branding, campus hiring, social/digital recruitment, and recruitment partner management.
- Leverage HR analytics and performance metrics to support data-driven HR decisions.
- Support HR operations, policy implementation, employee relations, and strategic HR projects.
