Assistant/ Deputy Manager Finance & Compliance

Job Purpose:

• Preparation of monthly financial statement for 3-4 SPVs of EOP REIT
• Preparation of monthly MIS for the entities handled
• Assisting in internal and stat audit process
• Assisting in R2R process
• Reporting to the management on timely basis

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for liasoning with various departments to obtain the required information for book closure
• Passing entries on time
• Performing Financial Statement close process monthly for the 3-4 entities allotted
• Preparation of standalone financial statements for the 3-4 entities allotted
• Preparation of MIS on timely basis for the 3-4 entities allotted
• Preparation of disclosures as per Ind AS for standalone financials
• Addressing the internal, statutory, and concurrent audit queries
• Accomplish Key Performance Indicators

Qualifications and Work Experience:

• Qualified CA with minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Work experience in Big 4 or in industry in Record to Report function

Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:

• MS Office, especially MS Excel
• Working knowledge of SAP
• Good knowledge of Ind AS
