Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee all core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws and company policies. This full-time, on-site role is based in Chandigarh, India and involves partnering with leadership to develop HR strategies that support organizational growth and employee engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing HR operations, maintaining HR records and systems, coordinating training and development initiatives, and handling employee queries and grievances in a fair and confidential manner. The Human Resources Manager will also support compensation and benefits administration, contribute to policy development, and help drive a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with the companys mission and values.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Experience with HR operations, HRIS or HR management systems, and maintaining accurate employee records.
• Understanding of labor laws, regulatory compliance, and HR policies applicable in India.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in designing or coordinating training, development, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Prior experience in healthcare or technology-driven organizations is an advantage.
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a relevant masters degree or HR certification is preferred.
