Bedaya Graduate Trainee Programme (UAE Nationals)
Bedaya is our 12-month introductory workplace programme for Emirati university graduates. Its perfect if you know what kind of role youd like to launch your career in and want to get started as soon as possible.
Programme features
- Fully customised rotational programme across key Emirates NBD departments and strategic projects, based on your career goals and the role youll transition into after graduating from Bedaya

- UAE nationals with no or very limited work experience with a bachelors degree or higher (all majors)
- People who are ambitious, ready to take on challenges and willing to learn
- You also need to love diversity; working with over 85 different nationalities across our teams
