• Experience: 5-6 years (manufacturing/start-up exposure strongly preferred).
• Role Objective:

• Own the end-to-end finance and accounting Reporting and Monthly MIS operations.
• This role is about control, accuracy, not just bookkeeping.
• You will be the backbone of financial hygiene and reporting for a fast-growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting & MIS:

• Manage month-end accounting operations, including GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, and inventory accounting.
• Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual book closures within defined timelines.
• Prepare MIS, variance analysis, and financial reports for leadership review.
• Maintain strong internal controls and ensure audit-ready books at all times.
• Coordinate with statutory, internal, and tax auditors and close audits smoothly.
• Budgeting & Cash Flow.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management.
• Monitor working capital, receivables, payables, and credit controls.
• Support leadership with financial insights for decision-making.

Team & Stakeholder Management:

• Guide and review the work of junior team members.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teamsHR, Ops, Supply Chain, and external consultants.

Must-Have Skills:.

• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards & taxation.
• Manufacturing accounting & inventory exposure.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (Tally/Oracle/SAP or similar) and Excel.
• High ownership, attention to detail, and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
