Job Description
- As a talented and experienced Power BI Lead/Architect at Enable Data Incorporated, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing advanced business intelligence solutions using Power BI. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with stakeholders to understand their analytics needs, converting complex data sets into meaningful insights, and driving business decisions through impactful dashboards and reports.
In this role, you will lead the development of Power BI solutions, such as dashboards, reports, and data visualizations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting solutions. Additionally, you will establish best practices for Power BI deployment, stay updated on the latest features and updates, and provide guidance on data governance, security, and compliance best practices.
Furthermore, as a Power BI Lead/Architect, you will mentor junior team members, lead BI projects from conception to deployment, and identify opportunities for leveraging data analytics to drive business success. Your expertise in data visualization, SQL, and data modeling will be instrumental in creating high-quality, actionable data for clients.
To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, along with 8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, particularly focusing on Power BI. Strong knowledge of data modeling concepts, experience with SQL databases, and expertise in Power BI development, including DAX, Power Query, and report design, are essential. Additionally, you should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
