Engineer

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform process monitoring, recording, and analysis of various geotechnical instruments during testing in the Quality Assurance laboratory.
• Monitor in-house rejections and rework cases, analyze root causes, and support implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Conduct in-process quality inspections for designated products to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
• Perform testing, checking, and quality control of servicing items while maintaining proper inspection records and documentation.
• Carry out quality inspections of various products through SAP and ensure accurate recording of inspection results.
• Inspect and validate Automated Data Acquisition Systems (ADAS) and Wireless Monitoring Systems for quality compliance.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and support the development of testing setups to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
• Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and testing documentation in accordance with company procedures.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.

  Get Hired
• Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Testing, Production, or Instrumentation are encouraged to apply.

Technical Skills:

• Basic knowledge of quality assurance processes and inspection techniques.
• Understanding of testing and quality control of electronic or instrumentation products.
• Basic knowledge of geotechnical instruments and automated data acquisition systems will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with SAP for quality inspection and documentation.
• Knowledge of quality documentation, CAPA, and root cause analysis.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
