CSR Partnership/Sales

CSR Partnership Executive will be responsible for developing corporate partnerships and driving CSR fundraising initiatives to secure funding for social-impact projects.

• The role will involve identifying prospective corporates, preparing proposals, managing CSR relationships, and converting opportunities into funded partnerships.
• Candidates should have a minimum 4 years of relevant experience in CSR fundraising, corporate partnerships, business development, or the social sector.
• A relevant educational qualification such as MSW, MBA (CSR/Marketing), Development Studies, Social Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with CSR Heads, foundations, corporates, NGOs, and key decision-makers.
• Research and identify companies with relevant CSR priorities, budgets, and funding opportunities.
• Develop compelling CSR proposals, concept notes, presentations, budgets, and impact reports for prospective partners.
• Track the complete fundraising pipeline, from lead generation and meetings to proposal submission, negotiation, and closure.

• Coordinate with internal and implementation teams to ensure successful execution, reporting, compliance, and measurable impact of CSR-funded projects.
