Architectural Draftsman

Key Skills:

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, Photoshop, and similar software.
• Experience in design drawings and working drawings.
• Understanding of construction technologies and good construction detailing.
• Innovative approach to design, outstanding visualization & presentation skills, and ability to create 3D designs.
• Ability to work well under pressure with a disciplined working attitude.

• Analytical mind and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
• Receptive to direction and guidance from Team Lead, strong ability to work amicably in a team environment, and decent work ethics.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Produce accurate and detailed architectural drawings and plans using AutoCAD and other relevant software.
• Create detailed drawings, specifications, working drawings, and BoQ for architectural projects.

Get Hired
• Develop 2D and 3D visualizations using tools like Google SketchUp and Photoshop to support design concepts and presentations.
• Work closely with architects and designers to understand project requirements and ensure that drawings align with the overall design vision.
• Regularly review and update drawings to incorporate feedback and changes from the design team.
• Organize and maintain project files, drawings, and related documentation to ensure easy accessibility and version control.
• Assist in the preparation of design presentations and materials for client meetings.
• Ensure all drawings and plans adhere to company standards and industry best practices.
