Talent Acquisition Executive

Duties

• Supporting recruitment for different regions.
• Manage the candidate activity from applying, interviewing, and preparing assessment reports.
• Contacting passive candidates and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

• Utilize recruiting technology to manage candidates through the selection process.
• Execute the transition from sourcing to onboarding.
• Maintain recruiting activity and statistics up to date and readily available.
• Provide ongoing recruiting measurements and updates to the team.
• Identify and execute appropriate sourcing strategies defined by the business needs of internal and external resources available.
