Senior People Operations Specialist (Global Onboarding, Offboarding & HR Operations)

• Serve as a key operational resource for employee lifecycle processes, including hires, transfers, promotions, compensation changes, leaves of absence, and terminations.
• Maintain accurate employee records across HR systems and ensure data integrity.
• Execute recurring HR operational processes with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness.
• Support audits, compliance requirements, and documentation requests.
• Generate and maintain reports, trackers, and dashboards as needed.

• Act as a power user of HR systems and tools.
• Perform data entry, audits, quality checks, and process validation activities.
• Troubleshoot routine system-related issues and escalate when necessary.
• Identify opportunities to automate, streamline, and improve operational processes.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate employee data across systems.

• Respond to employee inquiries related to onboarding, offboarding, policies, systems, and HR processes.
• Provide timely and professional support while ensuring a positive employee experience.
• Escalate complex issues appropriately while maintaining ownership through resolution.

Experience

• 4–5 years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations, Shared Services, or HR Administration.
• Experience supporting global employee populations is preferred.
• Experience managing onboarding and offboarding processes at scale.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Comfortable following established processes while identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Strong systems aptitude and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High degree of ownership, reliability, and follow-through.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

• Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, BambooHR, Rippling, HiBob, or similar systems.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reports, and data validation tasks.
• Experience with ticketing systems and workflow tools is a plus.
