What You'll Work On
- Build Real Android Apps: Assist in developing and improving mobile applications while learning industry-standard coding practices.
- Master the Fundamentals: Explore Core Java, Kotlin, Android SDK, Activities, Services, Intents, and other essential Android components.
- Create Engaging User Interfaces: Learn to build clean, responsive app screens using XML layouts, RecyclerView, CardView, and Material Design.
- Connect Apps to the Backend: Understand how Android applications communicate with APIs and process data using JSON.
- Debug, Test & Improve: Identify bugs, troubleshoot issues, and learn how to make applications more reliable and efficient.
- Collaborate Like a Developer: Work with senior engineers and team members, participate in code reviews, and understand how real software teams operate.
- Keep Learning: Explore Git, application performance, memory management, and the fundamentals of multithreading.
What We're Looking For
We're more interested in your fundamentals, curiosity, and willingness to learn than in a long list of technologies.
- Basic knowledge of Core Java and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
- An understanding of programming fundamentals and logical problem-solving.
- Familiarity with Android Studio or basic Android development through academic, personal, or internship projects is a plus.
- A genuine interest in learning Kotlin and the Android development ecosystem.
- Basic knowledge of Git, XML layouts, or REST APIs is an advantage.
