We work on AI-powered platforms, business automation systems, customer portals, mobile applications, dashboards, data-processing solutions, and enterprise software products.

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Full-Stack Developer who can take ownership of product development and contribute across frontend, backend, databases, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and AI integrations.

The Full-Stack Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining web applications and digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, converting business requirements into functional products, and collaborating directly with founders, designers, developers, and clients.

• Develop responsive and scalable web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
• Build user dashboards, admin panels, customer portals, workflow systems, and internal business applications.
• Develop and maintain REST APIs and backend services.
• Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, CRM systems, communication platforms, and external data providers.
• Design and manage relational and NoSQL databases.
• Implement authentication, authorization, role-based access control, and secure user-management systems.
• Integrate AI models, Large Language Models, document-processing tools, chatbots, and automation workflows into applications.
• Build file-upload, reporting, notification, analytics, and data-processing features.
• Convert Figma designs and business requirements into functional user interfaces.
• Write clean, reusable, well-documented, and maintainable code.
• Test applications, identify bugs, and improve performance, security, and reliability.
• Deploy and maintain applications on cloud platforms.
• Work with Git-based development workflows and participate in code reviews.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Take ownership of assigned modules from development through deployment.

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience with React.js and Next.js.
• Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, and responsive design.
• Experience building dashboards, forms, tables, charts, and reusable UI components.
• Understanding of state management and frontend performance optimization.

• Experience with Node.js, Express.js, NestJS, or similar backend frameworks.
• Knowledge of Python and frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django will be an advantage.
• Experience developing REST APIs and integrating third-party services.
• Understanding of authentication using JWT, OAuth, session-based authentication, and role-based permissions.
• Knowledge of background jobs, webhooks, scheduled tasks, and asynchronous processing.

• Experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Familiarity with MongoDB, Redis, or other NoSQL and caching technologies.
• Ability to design database schemas, relationships, queries, and migrations.
• Understanding of database security, backups, and performance optimization.

• Familiarity with AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, Vercel, or similar platforms.
• Experience deploying frontend and backend applications.
• Basic understanding of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, domain configuration, SSL, and server management.
• Comfortable working with Git, GitHub, branches, pull requests, and version control.

• Experience integrating OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or open-source AI models.
• Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation, vector databases, embeddings, and AI agents.
• Knowledge of mobile application development using React Native or Flutter.
• Experience with payment gateways such as Razorpay, Stripe, or Cashfree.
• Understanding of data scraping, ETL pipelines, document parsing, and PDF processing.
• Experience working on SaaS, fintech, wealth-tech, healthcare, government, CRM, or enterprise platforms.
• Knowledge of application security, data privacy, and secure API development.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–4 years of relevant full-stack development experience.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
• Ability to independently manage tasks and meet project deadlines.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and work across different industries.
• Comfortable working in a startup environment with evolving requirements.
• A portfolio, GitHub profile, or examples of previously developed applications is preferred.
