Job Summary

• · We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Credit Control Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
• · The role involves close coordination with South Indian clients, especially Malayalam-speaking parties, for account reconciliation and clearance.
• · The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in Malayalam and English, along with hands-on experience in Tally.

Key Responsibilities

• · Communicate with South Indian clients (particularly Malayalam-speaking customers) for account reconciliation and payment clearance.
• · Follow up regularly on outstanding receivables and ensure timely collections.
• · Address and resolve client queries related to accounts and payments.
• · Maintain accurate accounting records using Tally ERP.
• · Record daily financial transactions and ensure proper documentation.
• · Perform periodic account reconciliations and identify discrepancies.
• · Coordinate with internal departments to streamline financial processes.
• · Prepare and maintain reports on receivables, payables, and collection status.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• · Proficiency in Tally ERP.
• · Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam.
• · Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
• · Ability to handle client communication and payment follow-ups effectively.
• · High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• · Prior experience in accounts, finance, or credit control roles.
• · Experience working with South Indian clients will be an added advantage.
