Job Summary:

We are hiring a proactive Customer Support Executive to support logistics operations. Freshers are welcome. The role includes handling shipment data, ERP records, reporting, and customer communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• · Verify shipment details and shipping line reports
• · Maintain records in ERP system
• · Prepare and share daily MIS reports
• · Provide shipment updates to customers
• · Handle customer queries and coordinate internally
• · Follow up on pending documents and updates

Qualifications & Skills:

• · Bachelors degree in Commerce, BBA, Logistics, or related field
• · Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication is required
• · Good communication and analytical skills
• · Detail-oriented and willing to learn
