Operation Executive

Role: Operation Executive

Location: Mundra, Kachchh, Gujarat

Responsibilities:

• ·Communicate effectively with vendors, transporters, shipping lines, and yards daily to ensure smooth operations.
• ·Act as a liaison between customers, the sales and marketing team, and other internal departments to execute orders accurately and efficiently.
• ·Collect and organize basic documents required for container processes.
• ·Generate and analyze MIS reports to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
• ·Manage the ERP system to ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry and reporting.
• ·Oversee shipping operations to ensure timely delivery and proper handling of goods.
• ·Handle other basic operations tasks related to the Mundra port as assigned.

Requirements:

• ·Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the logistics or shipping industry.
• ·Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
• ·Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• ·Proficiency in MS Office suite and ERP systems.
• ·Knowledge of Mundra port operations is preferred but not required.
• ·Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
