Role Overview

We are seeking an innovative and resourceful Human Resource Specialist to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should possess strong HR expertise, technical proficiency, and a dynamic attitude to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. This role involves managing recruitment, compliance, payroll, employee engagement, and fostering a collaborative and creative work culture.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Explore and identify new job portals and platforms for talent acquisition.
• Post and promote job openings effectively on various Applicant Tracking System (ATS) platforms.
• Collaborate with Training and Placement Officers (TPOs) and talent acquisition firms for hiring.
• Recruit candidates with technical knowledge in computer vision, AI tools, and related fields.

Employee Lifecycle Management

• Manage the complete exit process, including Full & Final (F&F) settlements and compliance.
• Oversee onboarding to ensure seamless integration of new employees.

Payroll & Financial Collaboration

• Coordinate payroll processes with proficiency in Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
• Work closely with the finance team for timely bill payments and other financial tasks.

HR Administration & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to labor laws and organizational policies.
• Maintain and update HR documentation and create new policies as required.

Employee Engagement & Team Building

• Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events, including festivals and team-building initiatives.
• Build strong rapport with employees and management to foster an ethical and collaborative workplace culture.

Learning & Development (L&D)

• Identify skill gaps and implement training programs to support employee growth.

Creative Initiatives & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with the marketing team to design innovative campaigns for employer branding and job promotions.
• Work closely with the CEO to address strategic HR requirements and build creative solutions for the organization.

Vendor & Resource Management

• Engage with vendors for organizational needs and establish partnerships for HR and administrative requirements.

Strategic Talent Acquisition

• Develop strategies to attract top talent through creative hiring methods.
• Leverage cross-functional collaboration to build innovative solutions for talent acquisition.

Technical Skills

  Proficiency in ZOHO People or similar HRMS software.
• MS Excel: Expertise in functions like VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• ATS Platforms: Strong ability to post and promote jobs across different ATS platforms.
• Documentation: Exceptional skills in maintaining accurate and organized HR documentation.
• Recruitment Tools: Familiarity with platforms and strategies for technical hiring, especially for roles in AI and computer vision.

Skills & Requirements

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 34 years of HR experience, preferably in a startup or dynamic environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities creatively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong collaboration skills to work across teams, including marketing and finance.
