Subject Matter Expert - CSE ( Teaching/Trainer )

Job Summary

We are looking for a knowledgeable and passionate Computer Science Engineering (CSE) Subject Matter Expert to develop high-quality learning content, support trainers, and deliver technical sessions for students. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in core CSE subjects and emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and review technical content, assignments, assessments, and lab exercises.
• Conduct online/offline technical training sessions and workshops.
• Mentor Trainers and Students on projects, internships, and career readiness.
• Support curriculum design aligned with industry standards.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and incorporate them into learning materials.
• Collaborate with trainers and academic teams to ensure effective content delivery.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Data Structures & Algorithms, OOPs, DBMS, Operating Systems, Computer Networks, Software Engineering, and Programming (C/C++/Java/Python).
• Understanding of AI/ML, Cloud Computing, Cyber Security, or Full Stack Development is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in Computer Science Engineering or related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in teaching, training, content development, or the EdTech industry.
• Relevant certifications are a plus.
