Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Jr Social Media Marketing Executive role based in Ahmedabad. The Jr Social Media Marketing Executive will support the planning and execution of social media campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others relevant to client brands. Responsibilities include creating and scheduling posts, assisting with content calendars, coordinating with designers and copywriters, and ensuring consistent brand messaging. The role involves monitoring engagement, responding to comments and messages, and compiling basic performance reports to help optimize campaigns. The Jr Social Media Marketing Executive will also collaborate with the digital marketing team on ideas for promotions, influencer collaborations, and other initiatives that drive traffic, leads, and brand awareness.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation, with a basic understanding of platform-specific best practices.
• Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing, including familiarity with online campaigns, brand positioning, and audience targeting.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written communication for captions and basic client or internal coordination.
• Basic knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., platform insights, Google Analytics) and the ability to interpret simple performance metrics is beneficial.
• Familiarity with graphic design or creative tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe tools) and short-form video formats (Reels, Stories) is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, manage multiple tasks, follow timelines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Diploma or bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
