Experience: 6–7 Years

Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹70,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations.
• Handle payroll processing, attendance, leave management, and employee records.
• Ensure compliance with Labour Laws, statutory regulations, PF, ESI, Gratuity, and other HR compliances.
• Manage employee relations, performance management, and HR policies.
• Coordinate basic accounts, billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
• Maintain HR documentation and support audits.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• 6–7 years of experience in HR operations.
• Mandatory experience in Payroll processing and Labour Law compliance.
• Working knowledge of PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment Act, and other statutory compliances.
• Basic knowledge of accounts, billing, and invoicing.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Excel.
