Role Overview

We are hiring a Brand Executive to support the execution of brand marketing initiatives across the

organization. This is a junior role focused on coordinating, executing, and tracking brand activities

across digital, on-ground, and internal platforms.

The role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in brand marketing and gain hands-on

experience in real-world brand building.

Key Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of brand campaigns (online & offline).

• Coordinate for brand insights generation both internally and externally.

• Coordinate with agencies and vendors for brand marketing interventions.

• Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all communication.

• Assist in execution of:

• Brand Campaign and Interventions
• Events & activations
• Office/branch branding
• On-ground marketing activities.

• Manage basic content and creatives for internal communication and social media.

• Maintain brand asset repository (logos, templates, creatives).

• Track campaign timelines, deliverables, and execution status.

• Support basic reporting and documentation of brand activities.

Requirements

• Graduate in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.

• 0–2 years of experience (internships acceptable).

• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.

• Good communication and organizational abilities.

• Basic understanding of branding and digital marketing.

• Comfortable working with multiple teams and external partners.

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of Canva / PowerPoint / Google Slides.

• AI Tools exposure in terms of content, visual and video.

• Exposure to events, activations, or social media management.

• Interest in brand building and marketing.
