Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage Day to Day Operations Managing Drivers and Vehicles: Allocation, shift management.
- Practically ensuring a driver is provided with a car and vice versa.
- Chasing weekly and monthly targets per vehicle and ensuring the targets are achieved
- MIS reports and monthly analysis
- Responsibility for driver attrition by conceptualising and executing various schemes.
- Creating Incentives and payout structures.
Technical Qualification:
- 1 Years 2 years of Backend, Operations, Customer service.
