What Youll Do

• Generate new business opportunities and partnerships
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Drive revenue growth and business closures
• Identify new markets and expansion opportunities
• Collaborate with recruitment and operations teams
• Support strategic alliances and business development initiatives

• What Were Looking For
• Strong communication and networking skills
• Self-driven and entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to work independently and deliver results
• Minimum 30 outreach calls per day
• Consistent follow-ups and reporting discipline
• Experience in Sales, Business Development, Consulting, Recruitment, or MBA preferred
• Compensation Structure
