We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven HR Intern to support our hiring and people operations functions remote. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to gain hands-on exposure in recruitment, candidate coordination, employee engagement, and HR operations within a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment for internship and entry-level roles across teams
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and internal databases
• Coordinate interviews and manage communication with candidates
• Maintain and update candidate trackers and recruitment dashboards
• Support onboarding and documentation for new joiners
• Assist in employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives
• Work closely with hiring managers and the HR team on day-to-day people processes
