Institutional Sales Manager (B2C):

Location: Delhi/Chennai

• Drive retail mutual fund sales through Individual Investors (HNI/UHNI), IFAs, MFDs, National Distributors, and banking partners.
• Acquire new investors and strengthen relationships with existing clients to increase AUM and revenue.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for mutual fund products.
• Conduct investor awareness programs, product presentations, and client meetings.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the retail distribution network.
• Provide investment solutions based on customer needs while ensuring excellent client service.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and transaction processing.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and investment opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with SEBI, AMFI, and internal policies.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 48 years of experience in B2C sales within Mutual Funds, AMC, Wealth Management, Banking, or Financial Services.
• Strong relationships with HNI/UHNI clients, IFAs, MFDs, and retail distribution partners.
• Good understanding of mutual fund products and capital markets.
• Excellent communication, sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• AMFI/NISM certification preferred.
