Role Description The Social Media Intern role is an on-site internship based in Ranchi. The intern will assist in planning, creating, and publishing engaging social media content across multiple platforms, aligned with the companys brand and marketing goals. Daily responsibilities include supporting social media campaigns, monitoring channels for engagement, responding to comments or messages under guidance, and compiling performance reports. The intern will collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure consistent messaging, research trends and competitors, and suggest new content ideas. This role provides hands-on experience in digital marketing and offers opportunities to learn best practices in social media management within a professional environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing to support campaigns and online brand growth.
• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing to develop and optimize platform-specific content.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for clear messaging, collaboration with teams, and audience engagement.
• Basic understanding of popular social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) and current digital trends.
• Ability to organize tasks, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
• Enrollment in or recent completion of a degree or certification in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred.
