The Mission

We need a Head of Creative & Strategy to lead the climb. You arent here just to make things look pretty. You are here to solve real growth problems. You will own the vision, lead the squad, and ensure every piece of work from a logo to a full-funnel campaign is built to convert.

Ideas are cheap. Making them work is what matters.

What You Will Own (Responsibilities)

The Drivers Seat: You own the creative output and the strategy. If it has the EyeLevel name on it, you make sure it hits the mark.

The Squad: Lead, mentor, and push our designers, editors, and creators. Keep the energy high and the output sharp.

The Strategy: Dont just take orders. Talk to the client, understand their business, and build a roadmap that actually drives revenue.

The Execution: We live by fixed timelines. You manage the workflow, assign the tasks, and ensure we never miss a deadline.

The Client Experience: Be the safety net. Present your work with confidence. Explain the why behind the design. Handle feedback without defensiveness.

The Innovation: Push ideas forward. Whether its a new campaign concept or an AI workflow, you keep us ahead of the curve.

The Checklist (Requirements)

• Real Experience: 5+ years in a Creative or Advertising Agency. (Corporate/In-house roles dont count for this one).
• Strategy + Creative: You can design and think. You know how to build a campaign that spans from a Meta ad to a Billboard.
• Tool Mastery: You are a pro with the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) You can get your hands dirty when needed.
• Proof Over Hype: You have a portfolio that proves you can build brands and drive action.
• Leadership: You can manage people and projects without losing your cool.
• Communication: You speak simply. No jargon. You can explain a complex strategy to a 10th-grade student.

Bonus Points (Nice to Have)

• You know your way around Video Production or Motion Graphics.
• Youve handled Event Management or Experiential Marketing.
• You use AI tools to work faster and smarter.
• You understand MarTech and CRM systems.
