• We are now hiring Manager - Accounts role in our Registered Office, Vijayawada.
• Experience looking at :
• This is Team Handling Role where the incumbent should have experience of heading a Team of 3 - 4 nos. in Accounts department.
• 1. Past experience in GST Returns Filing, TDS, PF, ESI Returns
• 2. Good conceptual knowledge of Debit and Credits, ability to understand impact of a transaction on P&L and Balancesheet.
• 3. Reasonable knowledge of Income Tax, GST Rules
• 4. Must have handled atleast 1 Year of complete Accounts Finalisation till ITR filing with the help of Auditors.
• Soft skills required :
• 1. Ability to communicate with Senior Management of the company, auditors, bankers and tax authorities
• 2. Discipline and Orderlinesss, Ethical Behaviour and Maintaining Discretion.
• 3. Excel and Computer skills, Grip over accounting software (knowledge of Focus will be an advantage).
• 4. Ability to grasp quickly, ability to write emails crisply and with clarity.
• Qualification :
• 1. M.Com/MBA Finance/CA Final or CA Inter with atleast 3 Yrs experience with a CA Firm.
• 2. Candidates who can give good references (essential because of the importance of the role).
• This role requires <10% travel in accomplishing the KRAs of the role.
