This is a full-time, on-site Service Engineer role based in Ahmedabad. The Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for fire, security, and automation systems. Daily responsibilities include conducting field service visits, diagnosing and repairing equipment, ensuring proper installation and upkeep, and addressing customer inquiries or concerns. The candidate will be expected to deliver exceptional service and maintain the companys high standards of customer satisfaction.

• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently.
• Experience in Field Service operations and the ability to work on-site at client locations.
• Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
• Expertise in providing Technical Support for fire, security, and automation systems.
• Experience in Maintenance and Repair work for technical equipment and systems.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of service quality.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
• Diploma or degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred.
