F&B Manager, the Assistant Banquet Manager will support the planning and execution of banquets, weddings, meetings and other events, ensuring exceptional service and adherence to IHG brand standards. You will oversee banquet setups, coordinate with Kitchen and other departments, manage team performance and ensure guest satisfaction. As an upcoming hotel, you will play a key role in establishing banquet service standards, supporting event readiness and ensuring successful execution of functions from opening.
