Human Resources Executive

People Assist in recruitment activities including screening, interviews, and onboarding coordination. Conduct new colleague induction and orientation programs. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files, records, and HR systems. Support implementation of HR policies, procedures, and colleague engagement initiatives. Coordinate training programs, attendance, and learning records. Act as a point of contact for colleagues on HR-related queries. Guest Experience Support initiatives that motivate colleagues to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Coordinate colleague recognition, engagement, and welfare activities. Interact with guests when required to support service improvement initiatives. Financial Assist in monitoring attendance, leave records, and overtime data. Support payroll inputs, documentation, and coordination with Finance. Help control HR-related costs through efficient administration and processes.
