Solutions Architect – HCM

The Lead Solution Architect is the senior design authority for IHG's Oracle HCM Cloud platform. This role owns how the solution is shaped — the target-state architecture, the design decisions, and the standards that keep the platform coherent, compliant, and extensible as it grows across modules and regions. Where the Lead Technical Manager leads the team that builds and runs the platform, the Solution Architect defines what good looks like: the solution options, the blueprints, the integration and data architecture, and the non-functional guardrails. The architect turns prioritized business requirements into designs the delivery team can execute with confidence, and is the person the organization turns to for the definitive technical answer on Oracle HCM.
