Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Technical Trainer role based in Tirupati. The Technical Trainer will design, deliver, and refine training sessions and curricula focused on placement-oriented technical skills for students and early-career professionals. Responsibilities include planning lesson content, conducting classroom and lab-based sessions, explaining complex technical concepts in an accessible manner, and using assessments to track learner progress. The trainer will provide individual feedback, support doubt-clearing sessions, and adapt teaching methods to different learning styles. The role also involves collaborating with other trainers and the curriculum team to update content based on industry trends and employer requirements, and contributing to workshops, bootcamps, and other training formats.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Technical Training, Technical Trainers, and Training to effectively deliver concept-based and hands-on sessions.
• Candidates should possess skills in Training & Development to design curricula, create learning materials, and continuously improve programs.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to explain technical topics clearly, engage learners, and provide constructive feedback.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a technical trainer, faculty member, or instructor in IT or related fields.
• Solid knowledge in at least one or more areas such as programming (e.g., C, C++, Java, Python), data structures, algorithms, databases, or software development fundamentals.
• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to manage classroom dynamics, mentor diverse learners, and work collaboratively with academic and operations teams.
• Familiarity with campus placements, aptitude preparation, and industry recruitment processes is an advantage.
